Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at memoriesflash.us@outlook.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


Personalized Products

Because our products are custom-made using your own photos or personalization, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect photo selection

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering by mistake

  • No longer wanting the item

Please carefully review your uploaded photo and order details before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or you receive the wrong item,

contact us within 7 days of delivery at memoriesflash.us@outlook.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • issue a full refund.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


Exchanges

Because each personalized product is made specifically for you, we generally do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
